The SOE NUG is a group set up to help users of the EXACT clinical system. We aim to create a community of users to support one another, get your questions answered and have access to a variety of training and educational materials from the experts.
The SOE NUG is for all types of users, from those with very little knowledge of the EXACT system to the experts – from all areas of dentistry including dentists, hygienists, admin staff, both in the NHS and private dentistry.
When you buy EXACT you will automatically* be a member of the User Group.
Here’s a reminder of what the User Group can bring you:
- Free Membership* – All EXACT practices that have a current support contract are automatically members of the group.
- soe-mail – You will frequently receive soe-mail filled with interesting articles, promotions and hints and tips.

In answer to Hsk comment “Is there anybody out there” the answer appears to be “very few”.
We have a 40 seat education centre on our practice in Coleshill near the NEC. We would be very happy to host a user group meeting. Would anyone want to come?
