We have a 40 seat education centre on our practice in Coleshill near the NEC. We would be very happy to host a user group meeting. Would anyone want to come? It is predictable. The treatments that result in FTA's as a result of bad weather are check-ups. So having a recall programme that loads check-ups into January is not smart. Why not run promotional activity across October/November that results in pre-paid treatments in January? Patient turn up more frequently if they have already paid. I am not sure the 10 KPI's are really the best business KPI's. Certainly very good metrics and all stuff EXACT can generate. I would have thought a measure of cashflow is a KPI.
